Originally this page was intended only as a place to host a guide for the Doom64 Total Conversion. (2003 - has it really been that long ago?) That old Nintendo game has always been my favorite version of Doom. Once it was converted into a PC game, it was all the inspiration I needed to finally decide I had to learn Doom mapping.

Of course, I never learned to make maps for Doom64, but even basic Doom editing can be difficult to start out with. There is so much to learn and the information is spread out all over the net. So, this page became a collection of the most useful tutorials, examples, and basic things I could find for beginners, and then a place to show off my own creations.

Hopefully, others will find here the info they need to start making maps, or just have some fun playing.

This complete walkthrough for Doom64TC and the Outcast Levels add-on is available as a single .zip file for offline reference. Click here (720Kb) to download it.

BlackMephitis7 has converted most of this walkthrough to a text only version, if you want to print it. It has no maps, but he's added a lot of extra info, including helpful FAQ and Strategy sections. Please check it out at Gamefaqs.

ZBLUD
Blood TC / ZBlud
Available only at Doom Wad Station and Filefront (11.8MB).
This is the one and only "BLOOD" Total Conversion for ZDoom. Contains converted textures, flats, enemies, weapons and items from the Monolith Productions game.

There are 17 new levels, (16 + a secret level) All are fully Deathmatch and Co-op compatible.

All thanks go to Doorhenge for the fantastic work he has done on this. I may have started the project, but it never would have gotten finished without him. >>>For ZDoom only.

Rylayeh Download Rylayeh: My most recent finished project. Ten maps with a Lovecraftian theme, set on the Black Island in the lost city of "R'Lyeh".

Hollywood Holocaust Download Hollywood Holocaust: Made just for fun, this is an interpretation of map01 from Duke Nukem3D. Converted textures and a few sprites, but with hoardes of Doom2 enemies.

This map is also Multiplayer & Deathmatch compatible. Doorhenge has added some special new areas and features it didn't have before. Very cool! and many thanks for the modifications.

Crimson Canyon Download Crimson Canyon: Hell themed set of 12 maps. Actually ten in series with two smaller maps added that were originally intended as part of another project. Much better in every way than my previous set. More detail, better tricks and traps, more monsters and much more intense battles. Also the first of mine using custom textures.

Azagthoth Download Azagthoth: My first wadset. 12 single player maps for Doom2. Several different themes, but I tried to blend each map into the next for continuity. No fantastic detail, but very playable and immersive.

This set was examined and corrected of technical errors by Jean-Yves Delpech, (aka: Jives.) Please visit his website, Doom Legacy World, to find that version, and many other resources, tools, and valuable information.

1126 Download 1126: My first complete map. Made after playing around with WadAuthor for about a week. Not very impressive in any way. I keep it just for nostalgia.
